Product Overview
CW 257.5 nm Laser (Frequad-M57) is a continuous wave (CW) single frequency deep ultraviolet laser as a outcome of combining OXIDE’s wavelength conversion technology and nonlinear crystal technology. Since its wavelength is the same as the second harmonic (SHG) of argon ion lasers, which are gas lasers, the M57 laser is designed for existing users of gas lasers or for new users of this wavelength without the ease of operation and maintenance. It is not only stable but is also highly reliable. Thus it will reduce maintenance frequency and running costs when used in photo lithography equipment, inspection tools, and site flow meters. It applies our entire technology based on the success of Frequad series (Frequad-HP, Frequad-M, Frequad-C), which has a history of over 20 years as a continuous wave (CW) single frequency wavelength conversion laser with a deep ultraviolet (DUV) wavelength of 266 nm.

・Ultra-high purity BBO crystal
The outstanding quality of OXIDE’s proprietary BBO crystals enables the system to operate for more than 3000 hours at 0.3-1 W output power as a device. The high beam quality guarantees stable operation for a long period of time by virtue of minimal crystal degradation.
・Sophisticated servo-locking technology
A unique high-speed, high-precision voice coil motor (VCM) servo actuator drives stable CW operation of the laser.
・Low power consumption
The highly efficient wavelength conversion laser system enables very low power consumption operation of less than 340 W.
